I spent the last 13 years in a variety of executive business development, growth leadership and executive level client officer roles at Publicis Groups based in New York.

I was the chief growth officer supporting 5 agencies within Publicis for 9 years. Those agencies experienced high growth rates and high win rates during my tenure. I built a growth engine that resulted in over $548 million in net new client engagements during my run at Publicis.

I also spent 4 years managing 2 of our top 4 accounts as an EVP - Global Client Lead. ___________________________________

I build growth strategies that build businesses. I employ a customer centric approach to building the foundation for revenue and revenue growth. This is more than a sales statement. The foundation for revenue growth is about both winning and retaining a best in class portfolio of customers and accounts. It’s about curating a portfolio of customers that builds your brand and that allows for case stories to be crafted that illuminate the brand story. It’s a holistic customer focus that creates equity and loyalty driving both organic and net new growth for the company. It is a flywheel for customer loyalty and revenue growth.

This is a strategic element of account strategy that is often lost. Having Customers and assignments that align with your ethos make it exponentially easier to organically grow and meet the business revenue goals.

My experience spans driving digital transformation within advertising. I’ve initiated relationships with Siemens, Pfizer, Johnson and Johnson, Genentech, Target, GE, Merck, and brands like Centrum, Neutrogena, Gerber, Chantix and Keytruda.
